Claim Submission and Payment Posting Services.
RXL Claims is a comprehensive suite of back-office services for a healthcare organization. RXL Claims has services like:
- Demographics Entry – We capture complete and correct demographic data from encounter forms, hospital face sheets and insurance card scans to avoid any demographic information related denials.
- Eligibility Verification – We will use websites, portals and phone to find the eligibility of your patient before care-delivery to ensure that the patient is eligible for insurance coverage and our claims do not get denied.
- Pre-Authorization – We will call insurance companies on your behalf to ensure that all necessary pre-authorization approvals are obtained before care delivery to ensure minimal denials and faster revenue recovery.
- Charge Entry – Charge entry team enters the correct ICD, CPT, HCPCS & DRG codes taking care of modifiers, correct number of units, NDC codes and attachments required with the claim to create complete claims in HCFA-1500 and UB-92 formats.
- Claim Submission – We submit claims electronically as well as on paper for all government and commercial insurances. The claims are submitted with all necessary attachments as per the specific requirements of each insurance company.
- Payment Posting – Insurance EOBs and patient payments are posted in the system and accounts reconciled accordingly. We take care of the denials received in the EOBs at the time of payment posting to reduce the delay in corrected claim submission and revenue recovery.
