Truworth is committed to developing solutions using proven software engineering processes. Truworth has developed a standard software process that focuses on adherence to schedules, deliverables, and software quality assurance. This process is based on a combination of the best practices found in the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model (SEI-CMM), the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and the ISO 9000-3 quality processes for software development. While this process is a standard for all Truworth’s development projects, it allows for flexibility in meeting unique customer standards & conventions.
Our workforce is constantly exposed to various structured training sessions on software engineering, coding practices, quality assurance and specific tools & techniques for testing, inspection and reviews. This process is supported by a hands-on quality assurance function and a comprehensive system of internal audits. |
