| Education paths for our employees and skill enrichment are prime areas of focus for Truworth’s human resources department. We have a dedicated training center that concentrates on analyzing the development of our employees and provides programs to fulfill training needs. We stress on ongoing training and development and incorporate training objectives in each employee’s performance. Our strategy is a mix of organization-led initiatives and individual driven efforts. We encourage employees to self-identify training programs that will increase their value to Truworth and the marketplace. Besides this, we sponsor employees for leading-edge training initiatives. |
