Touch Screen Kiosk Service

When a client from New Zealand approached us to design Kiosk based Directory Services we were excited at the prospects since this was something we had never done before.
The requirements were unique and often needed long discussions to finalize. Our team worked for hours discussing and designing specifications and dummies for the client to approve. After over a year, the first product came out in the market and turned out to be an instant hit.
It was a self-service touch-screen Directory service deployed at all major airports in New Zealand. The client was very happy and came back with a second round of enhancements. This time he wanted to take it global. So we set out designing the global functionalities and Franchise modules to allow better management of the application from one location. We also integrated several widgets & tools and capabilities like text messaging (SMS) and automated emailing on enquiries.
Now the system has been globally accepted and deployed in several countries including New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and India.
