Rajeish has been actively involved in the IT field since 1986 and has seen it all from Main-frames to hand-held and pocket PCs. Rajeish is a first generation entrepreneur with vast experience in starting businesses and taking them to new heights in varied industry verticals like IT Solutions & Services, Specialized Paints & Coatings and Automobile & Project Financing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and has an uncanny knack for all financial matters. He is a perfectionist who likes to do everything in a manner that is a class apart. This is what makes him a renowned personality in the Rajasthan IT industry. At Truworth, Rajeish is the visionary who gives directions and guidance on areas to focus on. He also handles all financial matters at Truworth. He is also the Founder Charter Member and the current President of TiE Rajasthan.

Gaurav is an IT Engineer (Gold Medalist) with a post-graduate degree in Business Management (Gold Medalist). Before joining Truworth, he has worked with top firms like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cadence Design Systems. Taking advantage of his techno-managerial qualifications, Gaurav is actively involved in marketing of Truworth’s services to customers. He has hands-on experience in analyzing customer requirements, developing optimal business and operational models, transitioning large outsourcing projects in both IT solutions and services and delivering beyond customers’ satisfaction. He is also supervising all operations, customer support and HR functions at the macro level. Gaurav is also involved in translating the visions of the organization into tangible projects that are then broken down into time-lines and converted to realities.

He is responsible for the management of the organization's most valued asset - the people working in Truworth, who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives and goals. He has a deep understanding of the employees’ mindset and is continuously grooming talent internally to take up more responsible positions within the organization.

Prior to taking up the current assignment with Truworth, Dhiraj was working for Vkalp Prosource Services Pvt Ltd, an international call centre.
